The Lighthouse Live Stage

Enjoy an eclectic mix of free live music and performance at the Lighthouse Live stage, sitting at the heart of the festival hub in the Lodge grounds. The hub is open to drop-by (for free!) from 10am daily.

Act timings will be published nearer the performance date.

The Lighthouse Live stage is supported by North Berwick’s co-working and flexible office space The Lighthouse (also home to FBTS HQ!)

Following the sold-out launch of her debut EP, Niamh is now preparing for the release of her highly anticipated second EP, Lucky Stars, arriving on 14th August 2026.

Elinor Evans is a clarsach player based in Edinburgh. Born in Scotland to Welsh parents, she is a hybrid of two Celtic cultures. Elinor has won several international competitions as a performer and composer and is the only Scottish harpist to win the prestigious Trophee de Camac, Lorient and appears regularly at the Edinburgh International Harp Festival. She teaches Clarsach and fiddle and believes passionately that music should be accessible to all.

Miwa Nagato-Apthorp is a Singer-Songwriter based in Hawick in the Scottish Borders. Her songwriting practice draws on folk traditions to explore multicultural understandings of history, climate, gender and home. She has performed at John McCusker’s Southside of the Tracks, Celtic Connections, Edinburgh Tradfest and opened for Eddi Reader and Rachael Sermanni. Miwa was recently Musician in Residence at Alchemy Film & Arts and Connecting Threads where she developed new music exploring lesser-known histories and perspectives of the Scottish Borders and beyond. Her debut EP, Noren, was released in March 2025 and she was awarded “Best
Acoustic at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards.
