GETTING HERE

We would strongly encourage our visitors to consider the most environmentally friendly way of getting to the festival. The  majority of FBTS events are held at the festival hub at the Lodge Grounds,  2C East Rd, North Berwick, EH39 4HN. Please check event listings/ticket details for specific venues and details of around town events.

ScotRail offer regular rail services from Edinburgh to North Berwick return.

Timetables can be found here

A special late train service is added to the ScotRail service to Edinburgh for the festival duration. This leaves North Berwick at midnight.  Scotrail online timetables may not show this special midnight train.

East Coast Buses offer regular bus services. Timetables for the X5, 124 and N124 services can be viewed here:

www.eastcoastbuses.co.uk

The N124 nightbus operates through the night on a Saturday and Sunday.  This service is ideal should you wish to book a late show and take public transport to stops throughout East Lothian and Edinburgh.

Further information on bus services around East Lothian can be found here.

For those living in or near to town, we would highly recommend walking or cycling to the festival. North Berwick is on the John Muir Way – a good cycle and walking route into and around the town.

Car parking is limited during busy periods so please consider parking on the outskirts of town and walking into the centre or leaving the car at home.
