Sally of Kinship Studio will be offering one hour of Yoga Fusion which combines Classical Yoga with Vinyasa Flow – an approach in which you move from one pose directly into the next in an unbroken wave in an energetic style where breath is synchronised with movement. Wear comfy clothing and bring a mat/towel/blanket and water bottle. Over 18s.
