Iconic electro-pop outfit Hot Chip bring their DJ set to Fringe by the Sea with frontman Alexis Taylor and Owen Clarke taking to the Big Top stage. Best known for their late-2000s hits ‘Over And Over’, ‘Boy From School’ and ‘Ready For The Floor’, the Chips will kick-off the opening night of the festival with their infectious blend of synthpop classics, house grooves and dancefloor fillers.

With her euphoric, good vibe-laden sets and magnetic energy, Hayley Zalassi has attracted the label ‘Queen of Scottish house music’ for good reason. Expect that sunshine in a bottle kinda feeling from this Glasgow born and bred DJ and producer who’ll deliver a set which ranges from deep and soulful to pumping and progressive.

Support comes from East Lothian’s own Miss Mixtape AKA local legend Becca who also runs Orange Moon Records at Steampunk. A seasoned DJ, she plays a veritable feast of house, hip hop, funk, soul and disco audio treats.
