Infuse your summer tipple with the playful tastes of locally grown and wildcrafted herbs. A workshop in blending Summer’s herbal flavours to create delicious elixirs, we’ll discuss the herb plants which can be found growing locally and used in your summer cocktails. A masterclass for up to 20 participants, where we’ll make two different herbal elixirs and explore the herbal properties in each blend.

You’ll take home two 150ml glass bottles with your signature blended infused spirits: a brandy summer tonic and an infused gin.
