Envirozone
A new initiative for 2023 sees our sustainability partner, Caledonian Horticulture, host the Envirozone, where you’ll be able to talk all things recycling and hear about the awesome work taking place in our community and beyond.
Working with the great people at SSE Renewables, Scottish Coastal Clean-up, Sustaining North Berwick and Ocean Plastic Pots, the Envirozone will host the Daily Green Dollop – interactive and informative sessions highlighting a key issue of environmental importance. Drop by at 2.15PM to take part for free.
Weaving Wonder with ‘waste’
Last year, our Green Team set new standards in how event producers should undertake waste management, but we can always do better!
With the support of Tyne & Esk Rural Communities Development Fund, we have invested in the facilities for all of our traders to effectively sort and manage waste disposal that minimises our impact on the environment. The infrastructure is available to other event producers in East Lothian and Midlothian for them to emulate our best practice.
