Hear from Hamish Torrie, CSR Communications Director at Glenmorangie, as he discusses the Dornoch Environmental Enhancement Project (DEEP). DEEP is a 10-year partnership between Glenmorangie, Heriot-Watt University, and the Marine Conservation Society. It seeks to reintroduce four million oysters to the Dornoch Firth, by Glenmorangie Distillery in the Scottish Highlands.
