Feel stronger, calmer, and more energised this summer in an uplifting hour of movement, breathwork, and deep reset with Erin Taylor, author of Move, Rest, Recover. Blending mobility, functional strength, core stability, nervous system recovery, and guided relaxation, this yoga-inspired session is designed to help you release tension, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself. Practical, accessible, and deeply refreshing, you’ll leave feeling lighter in body, clearer in mind, and ready to savour summer.

Erin will be available after the session to sign copies of Move, Rest, Recover: Your Practical Guide to Balancing Mind and Body.

All levels welcome! Please bring a yoga mat. Please note participants to sign a waiver, which also includes a photo release.

The Dome venue is wheelchair accessible.
