PLANET G

Awarded Scottish Street Food Champions (2024), PLANET G serves up chef-crafted, plant-based food made from scratch. Their delicious dishes are not only good for customers but also great for the planet.

Taberu

Taberu brings an array of delicious and authentic Japanese flavours from Edinburgh and Kobe
to Scotland.

Shrimpwreck

Surrounded by water, Shrimpwreck constantly innovates to put a fresh twist on traditional seafood dishes, while keeping them affordable. They offer a range of street food creations made with the finest ingredients from local suppliers, bringing the best in seafood.

Company Bakery

Company Bakery will be offering sweet treats, pastries, a variety of delicious sandwiches, alongside hot and cold refreshments. Whether you’re after something sweet or savoury, they’ve got just the thing to keep you fuelled on the go.

Big Blu Pizza

Big Blu Pizza serves unique, freshly made Artisan pizzas, the perfect way to savour the stunning ‘Big Blu’ landscapes of East Lothian or elevate any special event. They don’t play around, delivering a “yum” effect with every pizza.

The House of Tapas

The House of Tapas brings authentic Spanish flavours to Scotland, offering a delicious selection of tapas, paellas, and even vegan options, all served fresh on-site. Perfect for satisfying cravings for vibrant Spanish cuisine.

Truck Sri

Truck Sri brings the bold flavours of Sri Lanka to Fringe By The Sea, serving sizzling kottu for an authentic and unforgettable street food experience by the stunning seaside.

La Masca Taco Bar

La Masa serves up bold, authentic Mexican flavours with a modern twist. Visitors can enjoy freshly pressed tacos, burritos, smoky barbacoa, and their popular Mexican Munchy Box – all made fresh and served on-site for a truly tasty experience.

Wild At Heart

Born and bred in North Berwick, Wild At Heart serves indulgent toasties and luxury loaded fries, made with the finest Scottish produce. All their fillings are homemade, with slow-cooked meats ensuring there’s something for the whole family to enjoy. A crowd favourite and a staple at FBTS, Wild At Heart is sure to satisfy every craving.

Steampunk

A North Berwick institution, Steampunk has been roasting specialty coffee just down the hill from the festival site for over 12 years. They’re back at FBTS, serving up delicious brews from their signature lever espresso machine in the iconic yellow trailer. In addition to hot and iced coffees, they’ll be fueling festival-goers with hot chocolates, teas, and freshly baked treats.

Birdie’s Smash Burger & Fries

Birdie the Airstream offers delicious Smash Burgers and crispy Fries that are always a crowd favourite. Made with freshly ground rump and brisket, each burger is topped with mouthwatering ingredients like melted cheese, crispy bacon, tangy pickles, caramelised onion, and their secret sauce. Chicken burgers are also on the menu.

J’s Tiny Deli

J’s Tiny Deli, based in North Berwick, will be providing coffee and breakfast rolls alongside their DeliDogs menu: Wildboar hotdogs, Currywurst and more.

Cherry on Top

Cherry on Top serves up the finest seasonal milkshakes, sundaes, ice creams, and sorbets. Visitors can enjoy these delicious treats all throughout FBTS 2025!

The Wee Greek

Craving a taste of Greece? Indulge in the mouthwatering flavours of Greek street food! Savour the delectable combination of tender grilled meat, fresh salads, and aromatic herbs, all wrapped in warm, fluffy pita bread with tzatziki sauce, zesty lemon, and rich olive oil.
