			<p class="p1">Experienced local yogi Jo McCoy offers a deeply restorative session with gentle yogic movement, calming breathwork, and an immersive Gong sound journey.</p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2"><b>What to bring:</b> A mat to lie on, warm layers, water, and any comfort items (blanket, pillow, eye mask, tissues).<br />
<b>Please note:</b></span> Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, heart condition, or are sensitive to sound. Hearing aids must be removed.</p>
