In partnership with The Lighthouse, who offer flexible workspace at the heart of North Berwick, we present an eclectic mix of acts. Enjoy our streetfood zone and bars at the same time.

Friday 5th August

Funky, folksy, country blues from father/daughter duo.

DJ Connor Coventry

4.00-7.00pm

23 year old North Berwick DJ Connor runs club night Elation Edinburgh and kicks off the party with his house and tech mix.

Saturday 6th August

Magpie Blue

2.45-4.00pm

Having already gained comparisons at this early stage of her career to the likes of PJ Harvey and Anna Calvi, Magpie Blue uses swirling, reverb guitar effects with her Jeff Buckley-esque vocals inflected with a sense of raw melancholy.

 

DJ Steve Austin

Steve serves up Saturday evening sounds with funky soul, disco and house.

Sunday 7th August

Chloe Matharu

1.00-1.30pm

West Coast based Chloe Matharu is a singer songwriter who draws on her experience in the Merchant Navy sailing around the world on oil tankers to reflect modern seafaring life through harp and vocals.

Los Chichanos

3.30-5.00pm

The band behind Edinburgh’s late night fiestas, Los Chichanos formed to heat up their audiences with pumping Latin music in the form of “chicha” or jungle cumbia.

DJ Miss Mixtape

7.00-8.00pm

Becca (aka Miss Mixtape) is the proud owner of Orange Moon Record Store based upstairs in Steampunk Coffee and has been DJing for over 12 years with a veritable feast of house, hip hop, funk, soul and disco audio treats in her armoury.

Monday 8th August

Louise Caie

1.00-2.00pm

North Berwick local Louise is a singer songwriter who’s performed at Edinburgh Fringe as well as in her hometown in the School Choir, soul band, battle of the bands and as a soloist in North Berwick Gospel choir.

Roseanne Reid

4.00-6.30pm 

Scottish troubadour and eldest daughter of The Proclaimers’ Craig Reid, Roseanne is an umissable new voice in folk-roots/Americana music.

Tuesday 9th August

Richard Buchanan

1.30-2.30pm 

Former member of Scotland’s The Lost Soul Band, Richard will be performing songs from his recent solo releases and other favourites.

8.00-8.45pm 

Sescot Radio DJ Matt plays from an original 45, with wild beat, R’n’B, soul, and instrumentals you can shimmy, shake and twist along to.

Birdie

North Berwick based Birdie sings with every cell and atom of her being. Each song transmutes pain and sorrow into beauty and hope.

Kenny Herbert & Friends

Edinburgh songwriter and musician Kenny Herbert plays classic covers and original songs with friends Eric Wales (founder of FBTS!) and Lawrie Ball.

A.M.O Jazz & Blues

Elinor Evans Harp
