Roxy is  an artist exploring our disconnection from the living world through slow, repetitive processes. Through installation and textile work, she focuses on the vulnerability and often overlooked presence of plants, questioning how we might reconnect with the ecosystems that sustain us.

Astrid has been painting professionally for over 20 years, exhibiting her work in galleries internationally. This year she welcomes you in her space where she paints when she works from home, a short walk from the festival grounds into her garden. She will be exhibiting her still life and seascape paintings as well as giclee prints and monoprints.

Jennifer creates oil paintings of landscapes and seascapes, alongside wildlife art on maps and sea charts, plus the occasional wire sculpture. Her daughter Tilly will also be joining the studio, offering a range of handmade jewellery.

Annie moved back to North Berwick two years ago and works from her garden studio. She paints abstracted landscapes often inspired by the East Lothian coast and countryside, using mixed media and acrylic paint.

Her work begins life with real places, but her process also involves a distillation of memory, intuition and response to the materials, creating abstract landscapes rich with colour, texture and emotion. She exhibits in a number of galleries around Scotland.

Lynn is an artist living and working in both St Boswells and North Berwick, with a long standing commercial retail business on north Berwick High Street. She has her own gallery in St Boswells and her work is sold throughout the UK and beyond. She paints in oils and enjoys landscapes, florals, seascapes, cityscapes, west coast and North Berwick harbour. 

Formally known in the UK artworld as a Scottish colourist.

Fee Dickson Reid is known for her large atmospheric seascapes in oils, but will also be showing a wide selection of small mixed media sketches showcasing North Berwick and the sea during FBTS – a rare chance to pick up a more affordable piece of her work.

Caroline owns and runs Trinket Pixie Jewellery which is handmade, unique contemporary jewellery inspired by the wild Scottish coast and sea.  Sentimental pieces to wear, feel, and be loved. Sea-inspired designs reflecting mindfulness and wellbeing, crafted for those drawn to salt air and the rhythm of life by the sea.

Award winning, East Lothian artist Georgina Bown works across monoprint, sculpture and drawing. Her practice is influenced by coastal environments and structural forms, resulting in bold, graphic works that explore balance, material and process.

There is limited street parking within the street and a car park at the end of the street. Please note there are four steps and a handrail up to my front door.  Please be aware that this is my home so space may be limited in my studio but please do come and see it.

Working from her St Andrew Street studio, Mandy creates vibrant collages, paintings, and original artworks using recycled lobster creel wood and mixed media. Inspired by the sea, sky, boats, and coastal life, her work captures the colour and character of North Berwick in all weathers.

Mary makes hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramics in her garage/studio. She has an experimental approach to surface decoration – using textures, oxides, slips and glazes. All these elements react together in the kiln, creating individual, functional and colourful stoneware pieces.
