Fan favourites and two of the most celebrated musicians on the traditional music scene, accordonist Phil Cunningham and fiddler Aly Bain return to the Big Top. Bringing their musical magic and quick-witted humour they’ll be pulling your emotional heart strings one moment and have you falling off the seat with laughter the next.

Singer/songwriter Kirsten Adamson summons the same heart-stopping purity as Sandy Denny, by way of Emmylou Harris and Kate Bush. Since spending summers soaking up the atmosphere in Nashville with her dad, Stuart Adamson of Big Country, Skids, and singing on Big Country’s Driving To Damascus album, Kirsten has been steadily developing her own voice and songwriting, with indie folkers Aberfeldy, country rockers The Gillyflowers and Americana duo The Marriage.
